Called to ask about flagstone, girl on the phone laughed when I asked about delivery and suggested I pick up 5 tones of flagstone on my car. Don't waste your time.

Picked up 1 yard of compost last week for our raised bed garden. Laid it down last week and today it is so dried out it’s cracked on the surface and has become hydrophobic this fast. WAY too much clay and looks like it was last years compost. Our beds are so dried out when the wind kicks up it actually blows dust. Not happy at all. We put so much work into our garden for this to happen. Will not be back.

I’m so disappointed! We have gotten the compost mix from ficks for years and so naturally this year we bought more for my new flowers beds. This is what they look like weeks later 😞 I’m not sure what to do honestly, all my newly planted flowers and seeds I have planted will probably need to be removed and the bed treated. This is horrible! Whatever was mixed into the compost has sprouted and invaded my garden. None of my beds from previous years look like this, just the new beds from compost this year. So DISAPPOINTED

Quality soil and it was delivered on time but the driver missed the driveway and absolutely destroyed my sidewalk. The driver noticed it and said "well that sucks" and did not make any kind of offer to rectify the situation. Still had to pay for the soil and delivery despite the damage. Now I have to pay for a new sidewalk because there is absolutely no way I can shovel it this winter with the damage. Photos are attached.

Thought to try a local place. Bad idea. First load came on Sat, and the next we needed Monday morning. At noon Monday we called, after 2:30 was now our time. No one called us about the time change. We had to cancel that last order go to Home Depot for bags of what was needed, so we could have more fun in the 90 degree day! Thanks so much, customers don’t matter unless you do patios for a living. Go to a homeowner nursery vs a place that just doesn’t care about delivery times or have communication with customers when things change.
